           Mr. Kartin Hentze, Representative of Ship owner on shipboard "Topaz"

Dear Sirs:

This is to inform you that 23.05.2008 there was crew assembly on shipboard "Topaz". Al¡ information about salary payment for 4 month (February March April May) received from Mr. Bjatri Mohr was given to ship crew. Crew cannot expect it more time. Crew demands of Ship owner:
- payment of salary and return of crew to home immediately
- arrival of Ship owner and Representative of Ship owner on shipboard
If these demands won't be executed until 26.05.2008 Crew ready to address via media
means (TV, newspapers, Internet, etc.) to public of Faroe Islands state asking to
assistance and to pressure on Ship owner to fix our problem.
Also Crew would address to other International organizations for assistance to salve
this problem.
All possible actions will perform from 29 May 2008 year.
