Dear sirs!

This letter is to inform you that yesterday, Sunday, our crew gathered together
and discussed present situation on ship, your view on this situation, our possible actions and consequences of them.
Anyway, sirs, try to realize situation: total quantity of crew — 67 persons, 34 of it worked on shipboard a haif of year and more — 7-9 month, much more than under Contract conditions.Some part of them lost next contracts for job in other places or on other ships, some part got problems inside their families — financia) and others (problem with relatives, wives, banks, even government facilities). You know it very good — no money no life but troubles and problems only. And ah of us, you and we, still have no exact information of when problem will be fixed. These are mains reasons why some crew persons are going out of control.
But, at past and present time, some part of crew still executing their duties on shipboard. These are some repairing works in engine department and ship common department, some works necessary for keeping our ship under properly working and safety conditions, job of our cooks and others. Now you got clear picture.
So, almost all crew have realized ah i we got and decided to trust you, to cooperate with you, try do not make situation gone out of control. We put our destinies in your hands and hope you do the best to fix our problems and never abandon us alone.
One more thing, people who lost some future contracts and job and other persons who
keep in executing their duties on shipboard want to ask you: would you consider give us
some financian compensation for wasted time, for lost future job, for moral damage?
